Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Singapore seeks a systems administrator to manage Windows Server and VMware ESXi environments, focusing on patching, vulnerability remediation and AD administration. You will participate in patch pre/post-validation, maintain change records and ensure SLA-aligned operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with BigFix or SCCM, Hyper-V, and automation mindset to streamline tasks, monitor logs, performance and availability, and support hardware upgrades as needed.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of Windows Server system administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and VMware ESXi patching.
• Mandatory experience in patch management, vulnerability management and OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper‑V, Active Directory, BigFix or SCCM.
• Knowledge of automation, RAID, clustering and hardware/firmware upgrades.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience working in an SLA-driven environment.
• Willingness to support scheduled maintenance, weekend rosters and on-call duties.
