RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP is seeking a Workplace Safety, Health and Environment Officer to support site safety on our project. You will assist in implementing the safety management system, oversee permit to work processes, and ensure staff and subcontractors follow safety rules.

You will also serve as secretary to the project committee, chair meetings, and conduct periodic inspections to ensure safety standards are maintained. MOM WSH Officer and NEA ECO registrations are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Workplace Safety, Health and Environment.
• WSH-related qualification accepted.
• MOM WSH Officer registration required.
• NEA ECO registration required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Project Manager in implementing the safety management system.
• Assist in implementing the permit to work system and stop incompatible works.
• Act as Secretary of the project committee and chair meetings to align staff and subcontractors on site activities and actions.
• Conduct periodic safety inspections to verify compliance and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Ensure site compliance with statutory safety requirements and internal safety rules; report deviations to the Project Manager.

Job Description & Requirements

• To assist the Project Manager in implementing the safety management system to ensure staff and workers work in a safe and healthy environment.
• To assist the Project Manager in implementing the permit to work system and to stop any incompatible works.
• To Act as a Secretary of the project committee and chair the meeting that staff and subcontractors are aware of the site activities and the required actions.
• To conduct periodic safety inspection to verify level of safety compliance so that the safety standards are constantly improved.
• To ensure site compliance with statutory safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations and to report any deviations to the Project Manager for management consideration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Workplace Safety, Health and Environment and accepted WSH-related qualification
• Hold a valid registration with MOM as a WSH Officer and with NEA as an ECO
