Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks an Operations professional to join the wholesale credit operations team. You will handle day‑to‑day operations, processing of legal and security documentation, and coordinate with divisions and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of lending and wholesale credit operations experience, with knowledge of regulations and relevant application systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Pre-tertiary degree in related discipline.
• At least 2 years experience in lending, loan operational processes and possesses areas of expertise in wholesale credit operations, regulatory and legal compliance.
• Equip with functional and technical expertise required to perform core aspects of the job, including sound knowledge of lending, credit, treasury and trade financing, regulations, and legal guidelines.
• Proven track record in being part of operation team with strong exposure to wholesale credit lending, and knowledge of relevant application systems.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the processing team which includes credit operations and projects delivery.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and project of wholesale credit operations as well as processing of legal and security documentation.
• Demonstrates functional and technical expertise required to perform core aspects of the job.
• Coordinate with other divisions and vendors to ensure successful delivery of related services.Able to contribute in formulation of system and work processes and process improvements for a holistic approach to operational requirements.
• Participate in project undertaken by department in accordance with agreed project terms and ensure successful implementation within agreed time frame and budget.
