Job description
We are a telemarketing service and are looking for applicants who can be inhouse telemarketers and sales support. Requirements:

Fluency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written)

Basic computer skills (Google sheets) required.

Applicants must be:
  1. willing to work a fixed schedule every week (Min 4 hours/day)
  2. willing to use own laptop and headset (of good calling quality)
  3. able to find their own quiet workspace in their own residence or preferred location.
You should be:
  • Willing to listen and learn from constructive feedback and follow instructions.
  • Adaptable and flexible to situations, clarify any doubts immediately to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Responsive (Respond within 10-15 mins within working hours) (No immediate response needed outside working hours)
  • Able to raise issues and ask questions constructively. Highlight any hinderance to work performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calling - Initiate calls to prospective clients using lead lists provided by the Manager, introducing our services and creating initial engagement.
  • Prospect Outreach - Contact potential clients via cold call, providing clear information about property offerings and market opportunities.
  • Needs Assessment & Scheduling Appointments - Discuss clients’ property requirements and preferences, and schedule property viewings or consultation appointments accordingly.
  • Reporting - Of daily personal activity. Any system issues.
