Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Improve tool performance and availability in the WET Etch module.
• Conduct alarm troubleshooting and diagnose equipment issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor tools.
• Manage spare part inventory and coordinate with vendors.
• Operate under rotating shifts in a 24/7 fab environment.
