Job summary

A prominent HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a QC Laboratory Supervisor responsible for overseeing laboratory operations and compliance with standards. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a chemical field and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in laboratory testing, especially in wet chemistry. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in Laboratory Testing (Wet Chemistry).
• Ability to supervise and lead a team of Laboratory Assistants.
• Good understanding of laboratory equipment such as GC, AAS, Auto-titrator, NIR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of Laboratory Assistants.
• Prioritize and assign tasks effectively.
• Assist QC Manager in classification of final product and reworked lots.
• Monitor in-process samples and liaise with production teams.
• Prepare activity and progression reports.
