A leading culinary establishment in Singapore is looking for a skilled Junior Sous or Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant culinary experience, particularly in Western cuisine. This role involves maintaining high kitchen standards while delivering exceptional dining experiences. Candidates must complete the Basic Food Hygiene course and be willing to work weekends and public holidays.
