Qualifications

• Min Diploma holder.
• Min 3 years Project Manager experience in Construction / Facilities Management industry.
• Possess class 3 license with own car.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project management including training, audits, manpower planning, and P&L management.
• Serve as primary liaison with partners, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and management.
• Support operational and administrative matters related to projects.
• Coordinate with Technical Department on product testing and certifications.
• Ensure timely purchasing, shipment, and delivery of products.
• Provide regular updates to management on project developments.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
