Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall performance of Service teams within the contract.
• Responsible for manpower resource planning and budget management.
• Collaborate with Site Lead to develop strategic business plans.
• Manage staff performance, development and recruitment.
• Ensure contract compliance and meet or exceed KPIs.
