Job description

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract – Convertible to Permanent; Location: Islandwide (Transport provided to assigned site); Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM; Salary: Up to $3,000 per month; Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and emails regarding product orders, enquiries, and feedback.
• Process sales orders accurately within internal systems.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on orders, delivery issues, and complaints.
• Ensure timely coordination between customers, warehouse, and logistics teams for order fulfilment.
• Maintain up-to-date information on product catalogues, price lists, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and submit regular and ad-hoc reports on order status and customer cases.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on process improvement opportunities.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, or Order Processing.
