You\'ll play a key role in managing the WellSpent Upcycling business by meeting sales goals and executing marketing strategies. Overview
Responsibilities
- Acquire new business by continually sourcing and selling new opportunities.
- Represent WellSpent Upcycling at official occasions, networking sessions and negotiations.
- Develop and deliver a business plan along with long-term and short-term objectives.
- Prepare presentations and sales pitches.
- Prepare and plan forecasts to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze data on past performance and project future growth.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the supply chain, including licences and documentation specific to the Singapore and regional market.
- Conduct market surveys and analysis on current market trends both local and overseas.
- Collaborate and coordinate with various internal stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business processes are completed accurately.
- Utilise Hubspot to effectively plan, track and deliver sales targets.
- Build and maintain the business website, e-commerce and social media channels.
- Research and apply for grant opportunities to support the business.
- Conduct market research and collection of data relevant for the business.
- Manage and network with key potential clients and existing clients.
- Support the planning and execution of WellSpent Sunday Luxe events.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors Degree qualification or higher
Relevant Experience: At least 3 to 4 years FMCG/Retail (F&B Industry) B2B sales & marketing experience.
Personal Characteristics & Behaviours

- Demonstrates commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations; effectively solicits and responds to the needs of customers both external and internal.
- Proven track record of B2B sales in the FMCG/Retail space; strong sales presentation, development and closing skills.
- Understanding of establishing a startup business and how to create achievable milestones and deliver meticulous follow-up.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to diverse and senior business stakeholders.
- Must be strategic, flexible, tenacious, results oriented.
- Ability to use multiple CRM tools, manage e-commerce sites and social media platforms.
- Independent, creative and motivated individual with strong project management skills.
- Possess strong analytical skills & business acumen.
