Wellness Spa Masseuse and Massage Therapist

Salary: $3,000 and above (Attractive commission scheme!)

De Beaute, a certified and established Cat 1 TCM wellness and spa, is expanding its wellness team and seeking a dedicated and skilled Wellness and Spa Massage Therapist. If you are passionate about holistic wellness, skilled in various massage techniques, and committed to providing outstanding client care, we want you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of massage therapies, including TCM Wellness Therapy, Jamu, Swedish Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and other spa treatments
• Customize massage sessions according to client needs and preferences
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in treatment rooms
• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments
• Uphold a relaxing and professional spa environment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay updated with the latest wellness and massage techniques
• Advise clients on aftercare and promote wellness products and services

Requirements

• Certified Massage Therapist with relevant qualifications (WSQ, ITEC, CIBTAC, or equivalent)
• Certifications and training will be provided to staff without relevant experience in this field.
• No experience in a spa or wellness environment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and spa therapies
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Team player with a passion for wellness and healing
