Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner, creating a positive first impression
• Assist customers with programme enquiries, registrations and onboarding processes
• Provide information about our weight management programmes, services and pricing options
• Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues where necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our systems
• Process administrative tasks including payments, appointments and client updates
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Contribute to achieving team targets for customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Keep informed about current promotions, programmes and company policies to provide accurate information
