Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and financial management skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to commit to weekend and evening meetings when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily care of residents and overall facility cleanliness.
• Maintain statutory records and prepare reports.
• Supervise, train, and appraise staff performance.
• Oversee financial management and monitor budgets.
