Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment. You will troubleshoot faults, carry out repairs, and coordinate with external vendors when needed, ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related field, reading technical drawings, and willingness to support emergency breakdowns.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or any related field.
• Able to read and interpret basic technical drawings and electrical circuit diagrams.
• Experience in machine troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Certified or experienced in operating scissor lifts.
• Certified in Work at Height or familiar with safe work practices at height.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance activities according to the established master schedule.
• Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting and replacement of faulty components.
• Attend to equipment breakdowns and diagnose technical faults to restore equipment functionality.
• Provide on-call support for emergency repairs and urgent maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up with external vendors on equipment servicing and maintenance schedules.
• Update and maintain accurate maintenance records upon completion of service and repair activities.
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of spare parts, maintenance tools and equipment.
• Receive, inspect and verify delivered spare parts, tools and equipment against delivery documentation.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out incompliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Perform other assigned duties and provide support for ad hoc maintenance and operational requests as required
