Job summary

Job Description

• Establish cost effective & low risk manufacturing process steps/planning from raw material to completion including special processes for parts involving welding such as frames, vacuum welded chambers/parts.
• Responsible to manage FA project schedule and ensure physical product meets specifications, within budgeted cost and committed timeline.
• Designs and implements improvements to products, processes, tooling or documentation which enhance the utility, quality, reliability or cost effectiveness, encompassing health and safety in the area of responsibility.
• Work with internal & external party to solve engineering issue and implement solution.
• Hands on and work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production flow when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/relevant field.
• At least 2 years’ experience on handling welding (TIG/MIG/MAG process) related products/vacuum chamber/frame.
• Possess expertise in various type of welding and metal joining processes.
• IWE/IWT certification is required.
• Well versed in the interpretation and qualification process of AWS, ISO welding specifications.
• Working experience in the semiconductor industry will be a plus.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to carry out technical analysis independently.
