Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering (or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering project management or building construction.
- For Quantity Surveyors: Minimum 3 years of QS experience in construction industry.
- For Human Resources: Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in construction or related sector).
- For Welding: Minimum 3 years of welding experience with a 3G/6G welding certificate.
- Warehouse operations role: Minimum 3 years of experience in stock/inventory management.
- For Driving Licence role: Valid Singapore Driving Licence (Class 3/4, Manual) with good traffic record.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate project works such as A&A, renovation, and other construction activities.
- Overall responsibility for project implementation, efficient use of resources, and timely completion within contract schedules and budgets.
- Lead and mentor a team by setting guidelines and procedures, providing advice and supervision.
- Determine scope of work, manage construction schedules, assess estimations and budgets, and inspect structures.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, coordinate with inspectors, architects, and vendors.
- Generate progress, job status, and cost reports; attend weekly/daily meetings to present updates.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, QS, and subcontractors to define project specifications.
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses from authorities.
- Plan construction operations, schedule intermediate phases, and ensure resources, equipment, and materials are available.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards and contractual requirements; review all contracts for compliance.
- Encourage team building and maintain a positive working environment.
- Review work processes and implement improvements where needed.
- Manage OHS compliance, report accidents/incidents, and ensure safety guidelines are adhered to.
- Ensure site personnel comply with statutory, regulatory, environmental, safety, and health practices.
- Assist with technical matters, prepare method statements, sequence of works, and coordinate submissions to authorities.
- Supervise site activities, ensure quality, quantity, and safety of subcontractor work.
- Support HR functions such as manpower sourcing, onboarding, policy implementation, attendance, leave, and training administration.
- Monitor warehouse operations: receive, inspect, store, and manage inventory; conduct cycle counts and annual stock take; maintain cleanliness and order.
- Handle driving licence-related duties, ensuring timely renewal and compliance with transport regulations.
- Conduct welding tasks, maintain safety standards, and complete assignments as directed by the superintendent.
