Job summary

Strike Talents Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is looking for energetic brand ambassadors to engage customers face-to-face, represent established brands, and develop strong sales fundamentals through practical coaching and feedback.

You will participate in events, roadshows and campaigns, communicating clearly, answering questions, and driving customer interest while working toward sales targets. Weekly payouts and incentives accompany structured on-the-job training and opportunities for leadership

Qualifications

• Proactive communication and willingness to learn in a full-time role.
• Comfort with direct customer interaction and working toward sales targets.
• Sales experience is advantageous but not essential due to provided training.

Responsibilities

• Represent established brands by engaging customers face-to-face to promote products and services effectively.
• Introduce products and services clearly and respond promptly to customer enquiries to support sales goals.
• Participate actively in events, roadshows, residential campaigns, and other assigned marketing activities.
• Achieve individual and team campaign objectives by applying learned sales techniques and strategies.
• Attend training sessions and coaching to enhance product knowledge and improve sales skills continuously.
