Our Production Engineering team operates across Chicago, New York, London, Singapore and Sydney, supporting HPC environments and a large trading infrastructure.

The Systems Engineer role emphasizes learning, troubleshooting, and building tools to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Expert Linux knowledge.
• Networking knowledge; willingness to learn more.
• Go or Python scripting skills.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Salt, Puppet, Ansible)
• Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Work on global infrastructure projects across a wide range of infrastructure.
• Manage and resolve technical issues with a high degree of technical complexity.
• Develop tools that will help in diagnosing, resolving, and triaging difficult problems.
• Other duties as assigned or required; join a virtual weekend warrior team and support infrastructure.
