Qualifications

• Relevant experience in weddings and events is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work on weekends to support wedding and event setups.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop new floral designs for product launches, weddings, and events.
• Oversee floral inventory and manage weekly purchasing.
• Mentor junior florists to ensure timely and high-quality order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure scheduled orders are delivered on time.
• Prepare weekend floral orders in advance by Friday.
• Perform on-site flower maintenance at designated hotel locations (monthly).
• Handle on-site setup and installation for designs that cannot be transported.
