We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web3 Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our efforts in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our growing team. This role is not just about filling vacancies; it's about building a team of passionate, visionary individuals who are excited to shape the future of decentralized technology. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a wide range of roles, from highly technical to non-technical positions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional talent within the Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency communities.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including creating captivating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews and technical assessments, and negotiating offers.

  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in Web3 communities, including Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other forums. Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and key influencers.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a world-class candidate experience from the first point of contact to the final offer, regardless of the outcome.

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and leadership to enhance our employer brand and promote our company as a top destination for Web3 talent. This includes creating content, participating in events, and showcasing our projects and values.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand their specific hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Web3 space, including DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and specific protocols. Use this knowledge to effectively engage with and evaluate candidates.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize our hiring process for efficiency and effectiveness.

Who You Are:
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruiting role, with a strong focus on the Web3, blockchain, or fintech industries.

  • Web3 Knowledge: A solid understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.

  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical job requirements and assess a candidate's skills for roles such as blockchain developers, smart contract engineers, and data scientists.

  • Sourcing Skills: Proven expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, specialized crypto job boards, GitHub, and community channels.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

  • Networking: Strong networking and relationship-building skills to engage with a diverse and often passive talent pool.

  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Passion: A genuine passion for the decentralized future and a desire to work with individuals who share that vision.
