Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Web Editor who can manage our digital content, maintain our website accuracy, and ensure our online presence reflects the quality and professionalism our clients expect from a leading fintech platform.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with content management systems, has an eye for detail, and enjoys ensuring that every piece of content on our website is accurate, compliant, and optimized for our users’ needs.

Your role in the Team’s Success

Reporting to the Head of Emerging Markets you’ll play a crucial role in executing the Emerging Markets strategy. Working alongside content creators, compliance specialists, and marketing teams to maintain and optimise our web presence across multiple markets. Your expertise in content management and web publishing will help ensure our websites deliver accurate, timely, and engaging information to our global audience.

What you’ll do
  • Manage and update website content using our content management systems (CMS) across multiple brands and markets. You must be proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Edit and publish web content including trading guides, market analysis, product information, and educational resources
  • Ensure all web content meets financial services compliance requirements before publication
  • Collaborate with design teams to implement content layouts that enhance user experience
  • Optimise web pages for search engines while maintaining content quality and accuracy
  • Coordinate content updates for product launches, market changes, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics to inform content decisions
  • Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules across different time zones
  • Quality assurance testing of web pages across different browsers and devices
  • Support translation and localisation efforts for our international markets

What you’ll need for this role
  • 2-3 years of experience in web content management or digital publishing
  • Proficiency with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager -AEM)
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely)
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive web design
  • Experience with image editing and basic graphic design (Photoshop, Canva)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Strong organisational skills and experience with project management tools
  • Interest in financial markets or financial services experience (preferred)
  • Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries (preferred)
Nice to have
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows
  • Knowledge of basic JavaScript and web development principles
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with e‑mail marketing platforms and automation tools
  • Experience with multilingual websites and content localisation
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing
  • Knowledge of social media integration and content syndication
  • Experience working in agile or fast‑paced environments
