Job summary

Heaven Stream Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Web Designer for a 2-year contract in Tampines.

You will design graphics, videos, 2D/3D animations, and build/maintain WordPress-based websites with a focus on responsive, high-performing code and strong UX/UI. Collaboration with CRM and analytics tools will be required to optimize user journeys. The role emphasizes accessibility, cross-device compatibility, and consistent design across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficient with WordPress and responsive design.
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices and accessibility.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics, videos, 3D models, and interactive content to explain ideas clearly.
• Create easy-to-use designs for websites, and other interactive platforms, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Produce 2D and 3D animations for use in web, video, and interactive projects.
• Build and manage websites (mainly using WordPress) with clean, responsive, and high-performing code.
• Maintain and update the company website, including design, backend development, and integration of tools like CRM and analytics.
• Improve website user journeys and conversion by applying UX/UI best practices and making data-driven updates.
• Make sure all digital content and websites work well on different devices and platforms.
• Work with different teams to ensure the webside work well.
• Join in brainstorming and planning for new features, digital, or physical campaigns.
• Coordinate with other departments or vendors as required.
