Position Title: Software Developer (.NET / Web Applications)

Working Location: Ubi

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM)

Salary Package: Basic salary + Allowances + Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse user and business needs, and develop, maintain, and improve in-house applications and scripts to meet those needs.
• Develop application software or scripts whenever required.
• Support the company on technical matters related to software development, when needed.
• Conduct code reviews and perform testing.
• Prepare documents such as design specifications and User Acceptance Test (UAT) documents and take part in reviews.
• Design, optimize, and develop custom software solutions or scripts to add new functions required by the business.
• Deliver projects by installing them on the company’s hosting servers or the client’s hosting environment.
• Develop custom applications using .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, Microsoft Visual Studio, and relational database management systems.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of .NET development experience; more experienced candidates may be considered for senior roles.
• Experience building enterprise-level systems, with strong programming, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiar with Agile, unit testing tools (preferably NUnit or xUnit), and writing technical specifications.
• Strong in object-oriented programming, Entity Framework, and SQL database design, development, and maintenance.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), CI/CD, web service APIs, and front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• An advantage to have experience in React.js/Node.js/Vue.js, Docker/Kubernetes, PowerShell (or similar scripting), SharePoint (Server/Online), CMS platforms (Sitefinity/Directus), and low-code platforms (Power Platform/OutSystems).
