Job summary

DBS Bank in Singapore is seeking a Vice President, Full Stack Engineer to lead strategic engineering, architecture, and product direction for Wealth Management Technology, spanning retail to private banking.

You will oversee up to 3 squads, drive microservices and micro-frontend patterns, champion CI/CD with OpenShift, and advance AI-assisted development to deliver scalable, secure platforms for millions of customers.

Qualifications

Extensive experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade full-stack platforms.
Experience with Java, Springboot, ReactJS, and Python in large-scale systems.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native deployments.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic architecture and solutioning for portfolio and wealth management platforms.
Lead design, development, and delivery of full-stack solutions across investment and insurance products.
Oversee and manage up to 3 squads of engineers, providing direction and mentorship.
Champion cutting-edge technologies, microservices, and micro-frontend architectures for scalable platforms.
Define and enforce CI/CD and deployment strategies using platforms like OpenShift (OCP).
Lead talent development, performance management and continuous learning.
Evaluate AI assistant coding tools and emerging tech to boost productivity.
Maintain understanding of financial services regulations and technology trends.
