Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, accountancy, business or law.
• 5-10 years of relevant client-facing experience in trust company or bank.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong commitment to the highest professional standards.
• Highly organized, able to multi-task, work independently and in a team.
• Adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Curious about how AI can improve workflows with sound judgment and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform relationship management services for trust structures, including periodic trust reviews.
• Help answer queries from markets and clients.
• Support client interactions and ongoing service needs.
• Identify and implement improvements to trust structures, processes and client experience.
• Support UBS Trustees and act as key liaison with stakeholders and clients.
