We are seeking a Wealth Planner with expertise in working with Ultra High-Net-Worth individuals and extensive experience in philanthropic planning. The ideal candidate will have an established portfolio of clients that they can transition to our firm, with a proven track record in offering bespoke financial solutions tailored to the needs of UHNW clients.

As a Wealth Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Cultivating strong relationships with UHNW individuals and families, providing them with tailored wealth management services that align with their financial and legacy goals.
  • Philanthropic Advisory: Working closely with clients on charitable giving strategies, including establishing foundations, endowments, and donor-advised funds.
  • Financial & Estate Planning: Providing customized wealth preservation, tax planning, and estate management solutions.
  • Investment Solutions: Collaborating with our investment team to offer curated investment opportunities that align with the financial objectives of your clients.
  • Client Porting: Bringing over an existing client portfolio and seamlessly integrating them into our firm's services and offerings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with internal teams, including tax and legal experts, to deliver comprehensive wealth and philanthropic planning services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of UHNW clients, focusing on long-term relationships.
  • Develop customized philanthropic strategies that reflect clients' values and ambitions.
  • Create comprehensive financial plans that include investment strategies, risk management, and estate planning.
  • Facilitate the transfer of an existing book of business to the firm, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of financial markets, tax regulations, and relevant legal matters.
  • Keep abreast of philanthropic trends and advise clients on socially responsible investments and impactful giving.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or private banking with UHNW clients.
  • Strong expertise in philanthropic advisory and charitable giving strategies.
  • A solid, transferable client base with UHNW clients.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute customized financial and philanthropic plans.
  • Excellent understanding of estate planning, tax optimization, and investment strategies.
  • Ability to maintain and grow strong relationships with UHNW individuals and their families.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), or equivalent qualifications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of integrity.
