Job summary

YOUR NEW JOB

As a Wealth Planning Director, you’ll advise UHNW and HNW clients on estate, legacy, and fiduciary structures while driving business growth for the firm’s Singapore office.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated wealth planning solutions and expand the Group’s regional fiduciary and insurance portfolio.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Singapore.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver holistic estate and legacy planning solutions
  • Meet clients and prospects to identify opportunities for fiduciary, insurance, and cross‑selling solutions
  • Act as the subject matter expert on complex trust, tax, and regulatory matters
  • Conduct workshops and training for internal teams on regulatory or tax landscape updates
  • Develop and maintain educational materials on wealth, estate, and legacy planning
  • Collaborate with external partners to explore new business opportunities and joint initiative
  • Deploy wealth planning tools to design compliant fiduciary and corporate structures
  • Contribute to the firm’s fiduciary and corporate services revenue goals through strategic client engagement
  • Formulate sales strategies and expand distribution channels regionally (HK and beyond)
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients for ongoing service and upsell potential
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Law, or related discipline)
  • 10–15 years of experience in wealth, estate, or legacy planning — ideally within private banking, insurance, or fiduciary services
  • Strong understanding of trust structures, cross‑border wealth planning, and tax/regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent relationship management, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, self‑disciplined, and committed to client service excellence
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese an advantage) for internal & external stakeholder management
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
  • Proven track record advising UHNW clients on complex multi‑jurisdictional structures
  • Experience leading fiduciary or family office solutions within a bank or insurance platform
  • Deep regional network across private banking, law, or accounting firms
  • Thought leader capable of delivering internal training or public seminars on wealth structuring topics
