About the Programme
Join our Management Associate Programme and build a meaningful career in wealth management. You’ll be coached by experienced mentors, learn proven advisory frameworks, and progress on a fast track toward leadership—while enjoying a flexible schedule and abundant earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Advise & plan: Understand client goals; deliver suitable solutions across protection, education, medical/hospitalisation, savings, and retirement planning.
- Engage clients: Prospect ethically, run needs‑based consultations, and present clear, affordable solutions.
- Serve for the long term: Provide excellent service, build strong rapport, and maintain lasting relationships.
- Own your craft: Track activity, meet targets, and sharpen skills via coaching, workshops, and joint fieldwork.
Training & Development
- 3–6 months structured training and dedicated mentorship.
- Support to complete 4 required certification exams after joining.
- Ongoing CPD, practical clinics, and a clear management pathway for strong performers.
Compensation & Perks
- Basic allowance up to $5,000/month (exclusive of commissions).

Requirements
- Minimum age 21 (regulatory requirement).
- Local Polytechnic Diploma or higher (or equivalent).
- Able to pass 4 certification examinations after joining (support provided).
- Comfortable with sales and client communication; 2+ years’ experience in any field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, self‑motivation, and a growth mindset.
