Job summary

RECRUIT SUCCESS PTE. LTD. is seeking motivated individuals for a wealth management role in Singapore.

You will service B2B and B2C clients, grow mass affluent and HNW portfolios, and guide succession and estate planning. A comprehensive 3-month training and mentorship program supports your growth. The role offers a fixed monthly allowance up to SGD 6,000, uncapped commissions, fully sponsored certifications, and exciting incentives including travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possesses full working rights in Singapore (no sponsorship).
• A Level, IB, Work Study, Polytechnic Diploma or Degree & higher in any field.
• No prior experience required; full training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide wealth & financial solutions for B2B and B2C.
• Grow, build and manage mass affluent and high-net-worth clients.
• Assist with business succession and valuation planning.
• Handle investment portfolio management and estate planning and execution.
• Establish long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Develop risk and wealth management strategies for clients.
