Job summary

Schroders Wealth Management in Singapore offers a 10-week Summer Internship Programme designed to introduce you to wealth management and client service. You'll be assigned to a team working on live projects, shadow leaders, and network with colleagues to build lasting professional connections.

The programme runs from June to August 2027, with development objectives set and guidance from experienced professionals to help you grow in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• You will have completed your second year of studies and be on track to graduate in 2028.
• Applications from all degree subjects are welcome.
• Note that final-year students planning further study (e.g., Master’s) are not considered.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies to support client service and innovation.
• Ability to understand our target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive introductory training to understand the business.
• Be assigned to a team and contribute to live projects.
• Shadow experienced professionals and learn from leaders in Wealth Management.
• Network with colleagues and build professional connections.
• Gain exposure to other areas of Singapore Wealth Management as needed.
• Set development objectives and seek feedback throughout the programme.
