Job summary

Syfe, APAC's leading digital wealth platform, seeks a Wealth Management Intern to assist Advisors in serving clients, preparing investment materials, and generating new leads. You will support CRM data accuracy, client outreach, and AI-driven advisory automation while contributing to KYC/AML processes and producing market content.

The role offers a full-time, 5-days-per-week commitment for at least 6 months, with a preferred start by mid/late Dec 2026 in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and enrich lead data to support advisory outreach.
• Maintain and update lead and client data in CRM tools for accuracy.
• Curate lists of existing clients to identify engagement opportunities.
• Support Advisors with client portfolio allocation queries and prepare investment materials.
• Partner with Marketing on client outreach and scale advisory efforts with AI automation.
• Support KYC/AML processes, including risk assessments for Accredited Investor applications.
• Produce recurring investment content, including monthly portfolio factsheets and market commentary.
• Design marketing assets in Figma for campaigns and client materials.
• Assist with client event planning and logistics.
• Support Head of Investment Advisory on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
