Sync Mortgage and Prestige Raffles is seeking a dedicated financial adviser to develop personalized financial plans and advise clients on retirement, education, and investments. Ideal candidates are Singaporean/PR, aged 21+, with a GCE A Level and a polytechnic diploma (2+ years). Willingness to obtain CMFAS certifications is required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Singaporean/PR status or permanent residency
• Minimum age 21 years
• GCE A Level with full certificate
• Diploma from a recognized Singapore polytechnic or equivalent (2+ years duration)
• Willing to obtain CMFAS certs: RES5, M9, M9A, HI (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized financial advice based on clients' needs
• Assist clients with retirement, education and investments planning
• Provide recommendations on wealth accumulation aligned with client goals
• Build long-term trusted relationships with clients
• Stay updated on market developments and investment products
