Job summary

ARGYLL SCOTT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Wealth Business Analyst on a 12-month contract in Singapore to drive requirements for wealth sales processes, data and AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Technology and Digital teams across geographies to deliver accurate estimates and ensure smooth delivery. The role demands strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in banking or financial services and knowledge of data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of data management, governance, and quality assurance practices.
• Proactive, positive attitude, with willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management and related business flows and project delivery experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather and understand requirements for Wealth sales process, data and AI projects.
• Analyse processes and data, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvements.
• Assist with testing new solutions and resolving issues during development or rollout.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements related to sales process, data and AI analytics.
• Work with stakeholders across Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology, and Digital teams to produce delivery estimates and manage transitions from analysis to design and delivery.
• Identify and manage risks and blockers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Drive stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews to show progress and success.
