Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking Wealth Managers - Financial Adviser Representatives to deliver personalized financial guidance and investment solutions. You will build and maintain client relationships, manage a diverse portfolio, and align plans with clients’ goals while staying updated on market developments.

The role emphasizes independent and team work, with onboarding support and ongoing professional development to advance in this client-centric, regulatory-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proactive and self-driven, with a strong focus on results.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Prior experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance is a plus.
• Candidates with relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS modules) will have an added advantage.
• Candidates without prior experience are welcome; training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial advice and solutions in areas including insurance, investment, retirement, and education planning.
• Maintain and develop long-term client relationships through regular reviews and exceptional service.
• Acquire and manage a portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth and mass affluent individuals.
• Identify clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate wealth and risk management strategies.
• Keep abreast of development in financial markets, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to ensure effective delivery of holistic financial solutions.
• Participate in mandatory training, professional development programs, and licensing examinations as required under regulatory frameworks (for candidates not yet certified).
