Qualifications

• Minimum degree in any discipline.
• Sales-driven, ambitious and highly motivated to hit targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to engage and influence customers.
• Results-oriented in a target-driven environment.
• Proactive and persistent, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Able to identify opportunities, take action and follow through to achieve results.
• Experience in sales/BD/banking/insurance/financial services/recruitment/real estate or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Candidates without banking or wealth management experience but with a strong sales track record are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in financial products, investments and wealth management.
• Willing to learn and obtain relevant financial certifications where required.
• Professional, resilient and able to handle rejection and challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with customers by understanding their financial goals and needs.
• Proactively engage customers and identify opportunities to introduce suitable wealth solutions.
• Recommend the Bank's range of wealth management products and services based on customers' needs.
• Generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals and customer engagement.
• Build and manage your own customer portfolio.
• Follow up actively with customers and convert opportunities into business.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Develop long-term relationships while maximising opportunities to grow the customer portfolio.
• Stay updated on the Bank's products, services and market developments.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
• Take initiative to improve sales performance and contribute to team success.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
