Job summary

TALENT LINK SOLUTION is recruiting for a Water Treatment Operator position at our Penjuru Road site in Singapore. The role involves operating and monitoring water and wastewater treatment systems, inspecting plants, sampling water, and performing basic maintenance with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold an engineering-related diploma (NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma) and be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• NITEC or diploma in engineering-related discipline.
• Relevant experience in water/wastewater/utilities/plant operations preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, hands-on and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Conduct plant inspections and record operating readings.
• Perform water sampling and basic testing.
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Report equipment faults and abnormal conditions.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
