Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 12 years of related experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• PMP preferred for program leadership.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Implement the sustainable manufacturing strategy for water recycling and stewardship.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress and governance.
• Develop processes, training, reports, and analytics for water goals.
• Lead site water balance and metering strategies.
• Ensure alignment of water projects across sites.
• Standardize CapEx reporting for water initiatives.
• Coordinate wastewater management with Operations, Facilities and Eng.
• Maintain data accuracy and regulatory awareness; support audits.
