  • Conduct root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions where required.
Dedicated Client Support (Remote‑Site)
  • Provide ongoing technical support to a remote‑site client, including troubleshooting, performance assessments, and process adjustments.
  • Support the client through remote monitoring tools, scheduled visits, and timely response to operational issues.
  • Offer clear guidance to site operators, helping maintain consistency across shifts.
Technical Improvements & Compliance
  • Lead Management of Change (MOC) processes for system modifications or upgrades.
  • Ensure all process changes meet safety, environmental, and operational compliance requirements.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate technical documentation and operational records.
Planning & Reporting
  • Review and update operational strategies to align with the client’s business objectives.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and scope process improvement or equipment upgrade projects.
