Job description
Responsibilities
  • Perform professional technical repairs and servicing of Franck Muller & appointed independent brands in adherence to service delivery standards
  • Perform technical evaluation to identify the service needed
  • Perform quality control checks
  • Responsible for the quality of the luxury and complication watches repaired and services
  • Polishing of cases and bracelets
  • Perform the required technical intervention agreed with the customer, such as quick battery change, maintenance service, complete service or other types of technical diagnosis
  • Follow up and manage technical documentation, consolidating technical issues
  • Provide technical advice & training to stores under Holdings
  • Attend technical training on independent brands that appointed HSSG on exclusivity
  • Communication to customers to explain diagnostic when technical enquiry raised
Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Certificate of Competency in watch repair or any other relevant courses
  • At least 3 years of experience in watch repairs and servicing
  • Possess great learning attitude with a pleasant personality
  • Keen in watch repair or watch care services industry
  • Diligent, strong work ethics and meticulous
