Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Watch Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Swiss watches and exceptional technical skills in repairing and servicing a wide range of timepieces.

The Watch Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that each watch meets our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnose issues with watches and determine appropriate repair solutions.
  2. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of watches.
  3. Repair and replace watch parts as needed, including movements, crystals, and straps.
  4. Test and calibrate watches to ensure accuracy and performance.
  5. Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Watch Technician or similar role.
  2. Strong technical skills in repairing mechanical and quartz watches.
  3. Knowledge of watch movements, components, and tools.
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Certification from a recognized watchmaking school or program is a plus.
