Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection of waste materials from various premises.
• Guide the driver during the collection process.
• Assist in the disposal of waste to authorized facilities.
• Reinstate work areas after collection.
• Properly handle equipment and receptacles.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned daily.
• Comply with workplace safety requirements.

Job description

• Assist in the collection of waste materials / recyclables from municipal and industrial & commerical premises
• To guide the driver during the collection process such as during vehicle reversing
• To assist in the disposal of waste/recyclables to material recovery facility, C&D plant or any other authorized disposal facilities
• To reinstate work area (spillage- refuse and oil, overflowing refuse etc)
• Proper handling of equipments and receptacles
• To ensure vehicles are kept clean and washed daily
• Ensure collection is done in a safe manner in accordance to the company’s SOP
• Comply with work place safety and health requirements (e.g. donning proper PPE, safety boots etc)

• 6 days work week, with one rest day
• Working hours: 6.30pm to 2.50am, with overtime
