Job summary

A leading hospitality provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dishwashing areas. The role involves washing various kitchenware, sanitizing workspaces, and ensuring safe operations. Strong teamwork and adherence to procedures are essential. Flexible working hours, 5 or 6 days a week, 10 hours each day.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team.
• Familiarity with different types of kitchenware.
• Physical ability to perform washing and cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize types and sizes of crockery and utensils to wash.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Sanitize kitchen area and manage supplies.

Job description

• Prioritize types and sizes of crockery and utensils to wash
• Understand different types of kitchenware and different methods of wash
• To load specific items into washing machine and to wash specific items by hand
• Ensure wash area, drainage area, racks are always clean
• Maintain appropriate supplies for cleaning agents and place order when needed
• Remove garbage regularly to ensure cleanliness within kitchen and dishwashing area
• Store clean dishes, drinking glasses/cups, utensils appropriately
• Sanitize kitchen area and dishwashing area regularly
• Ensure workplace safety by cleaning up any spills/water found on floor
• To work closely and cultivate strong teamwork with all colleagues and ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
• Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

Working location: El Fuego @ Changi Jewel (halal western restaurant)

5 days 10hours / 6 days 10hours.

Salary remuneration package may differ based on working days and hours.
