Job description

👉Basic $3200 - $4000
👉Location: Seletar
👉Working hours: Shift Works (must be comfortable with any assigned shift based on roster)

A) 7.00am to 4.00pm (Mondays to Fridays - Morning Shift)
B) 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays- Morning Shift)
C) 2.00pm to 11.00pm (Mondays to Fridays - Noon Shift)
D) 7.00 am to 7.20 pm (4 days 12 hours' morning shift)
E) 7.00 pm to 7.20 am (4 days 12 hours' night shift)

Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Safety & Housekeeping
  • Ensure a clean and productive working environment is maintained at all times.
  • Ensure MHE (Material Handling Equipment) checklists are updated daily by team members.
  • Report any safety or security incidents during the shift to warehouse management.
🔹 Order Management
  • Ensure all inbound/outbound orders are executed on time to meet performance targets.
  • Take ownership of open orders and shipments during the shift, identifying issues when targets are not met.
  • Guide team members on system transactions and equipment usage.
  • Monitor daily workload and report to team leader for resource adjustments when required.
  • Perform system and physical goods reversal for order cancellation and vendor returns.
  • Process orders according to priority sequence.
  • Make order quantity adjustments and confirm in the system.
  • Conduct stock checks when requested.
  • Ensure all DG (Dangerous Goods) shipments comply with IATA DG regulations.
🔹 Process Management
  • Ensure adherence to documented processes, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Guide newcomers on Symbio system processes for daily operations.
  • Support managers during internal and external audits.
🔹 Reporting
  • Report open and completed order status to respective managers.
  • Escalate operational issues to Head Office for resolution.
  • Facilitate smooth handover during shift changes.
🔹 Secondary Responsibilities
  • Assist managers in coordinating urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) dispatches when required.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements with line manager’s approval.
  • Provide support in other warehouse functions when necessary.
  • Act as back-up support when needed.
