Job description

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of packaging, household, and disposable products to food services, hospitality, and retail industries in Asia Pacific. Currently, they are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team.

Job Details

• Salary: $3500-$4200 (depends on experience)
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am-6pm)
• Working Location: Loyang (East area)

Job Scope

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Oversee daily stock movement, including receiving, put‑away, replenishment, picking, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate stock levels through routine cycle counts and monthly/quarterly stock takes.
• Monitor expiry dates, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and manage near‑expiry or damaged goods.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

2. Warehouse Operations Management

• Ensure smooth warehouse operations aligned with FMCG speed and volume requirements.
• Optimize storage layout to ensure high stock rotation efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of storage areas (5S practices).
• Oversee loading/unloading activities and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.

3. Team Leadership & Workforce Coordination

• Supervise warehouse assistants, forklift/stacker operators, and contract labor.
• Plan manpower allocation based on daily workload and priorities.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training on SOPs, safety, and equipment handling.
• Monitor staff performance and discipline, and provide feedback or coaching.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports (inbound/outbound, stock accuracy, KPIs).
• Validate all documents such as GRN, DO, stock movement forms, and system entries.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
