Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through proper stock control and regular cycle counts.
• Coordinate order fulfilment to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to retail outlets and customers.
• Lead and support the warehouse team in maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and housekeeping.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues and meet business needs.
• Review and improve warehouse procedures to enhance workflow efficiency and space utilization.
• Uphold compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational SOPs.
