Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations, lead a team, and ensure safety compliance. Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, inbound/outbound logistics, and distribution coordination.
• Lead, train, and supervise a warehouse team to ensure high performance, teamwork, and adherence to company standards.
• Ensure proper storage, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and organization of inventory to support efficient picking, packing, and timely dispatch.
• Supervise and participate in the loading/unloading of containers and vehicles, ensuring goods are handled safely and stored correctly.
• Monitor stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock checks, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, company policies, and best practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, reinforcing safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
• Implement and improve warehouse SOPs and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Monitor KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on‑time dispatch, stock variance) and report performance to management.
• Work closely with the sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination of customer orders and stock replenishment.
• Support the implementation and usage of warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize inventory and order tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Perform all other tasks or ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, preferably within Retail or FMCG industries.
• Strong leadership with a hands‑on, proactive approach and ability to motivate a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS/ERP), inventory control, and order fulfilment processes.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
