Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Woodlands to supervise a shifting crew and drive daily warehouse operations. You will plan manpower, monitor KPIs, and oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading and dispatch activities across inbound/outbound processes.

The role requires a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management, prior leadership experience in warehousing, and proficiency with WMS systems. Rotating 12-hour shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management is required.
• Experience leading a warehouse or logistics operations team is preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS, inventory control, and warehouse operations is essential.
• Willingness to commit to rotating 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• Plan and allocate manpower to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure KPIs and service levels are achieved.
• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading and dispatch.
• Coordinate stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory discrepancy investigations.
• Ensure accurate documentation (GRN, ASN, Delivery Orders, Pick Lists).
• Prevent inventory loss through proper warehouse controls and processes.
• Train, coach, and mentor warehouse team members on SOPs, WMS usage, and workplace safety.
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational excellence.
• Ensure warehouse equipment (RF scanners, MHE, printers) is properly maintained and utilised.

Working Hours

12-hour shifts

Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Shift Pattern:

• Group 1: Work Sun - Tue + Alternate Wednesday
• Group 2: Work Alternate Wednesday + Thu - Sat

• Able to commit to rotating 12-hour shifts.
