Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage incoming/outgoing shipments with internal departments.
• Conduct inspections and audits to uphold quality standards and safety.
• Manage and resolve warehouse issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies for a safe environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to warehouse staff for skill development.
• Prepare and analyze reports on productivity, inventory and shipping/receiving accuracy.
