Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee inventory and ensure accurate storage and distribution. The ideal candidate has at least 1-5 years of experience, possesses 'O' Levels or equivalent, and can lift weights of up to 20kg. Immediate availability is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary between $2100 and $2500, with work hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 12:30pm on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry weight of 20kg per carton.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse activities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receipt, storage and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and stock control procedures.
• Prepare & maintain detailed reports on warehouse activities and inventory levels, providing regular updates to management.
• Daily/monthly stock take to reconcile actual inventory with system’s record.
• Preferably with experience in storage of food factory/food industry.
• Adhoc duties as assigned by Manager.
